Base Material for Printed Circuit Boards
Printed circuit boards and multilayer boards possess insulating coatings on which the conductor tracks are transferred. Depending upon the purpose of use, the base materials possess specific properties like temperature resistance based on ceramic composition or higher surface resistance and bonding strength through fibre-glass reinforced epoxy resin composition.
